Obtaining Nanocarbon from Local Raw Materials and Studying Its Textural and Sorption Properties

In this article studied the influence of various factors on synthesis nano carbons from walnut shells, apricot kernels, methane, natural gas and propane-butane fractions, also checked textural sorption characteristics obtained nanocarbon. The catalytic activity a catalyst containing (CuO)x*(CoO)y*(NiO)z*(Fe2O3)k*(MoO3)m/HSZ prepared based "sol-gel" technology for implementation processes was under differential reactor conditions. morphological composition samples performed by scanning electron microscopy an LEO EVO 50 HVP instrument equipped with part energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis. Energy-dispersive spectra were recorded at working distance 10 mm 20 kV. microstructure investigated method glowing microscope Jem-2000 CX device. Using BET method, specific surface area carbon nanotubes measured. Statistical material porosity calculated. is 168.7 m2/g, pore volume 0.456 cm3/g, average hole diameter 2.58 nm. case absorption band observed 1376 cm-1 1064 cm-1. When examining kernels in infrared spectrum temperatures inert nitrogen atmosphere, it can be seen that cellulose lignin are characterized strong band, treatment decreases increasing temperature.
